April 23rd 1914

I got up early in the morning + just touched up + finished that design. I got 3 marks for it. In drawing we had to sort out all the old drawings etc for the new envelopes. Last hour we went to cricket at the Cliff. We played a form game, Schneider captaining one side, Haygarth the other. I was on Schneider’s side + I scored 1. Haygarth’s side easily won. Old J.P. Mayo was there in all his glory. Father developed some of the last ones for me.
