March 31st 1914

I got up early as usual. We all subscribed towards a golf ball for Mr Mayo. Barratt got it + Haygarth said he would send it by post to school in a big box about 1f’t square. Then he asked Jepson the porter to bring it up when we were in the room. I went to the carpenter’s class + Cyril finished my last model for me. We caught the 4:10 train home. We had a fair amount of homework.
